While Chenot Espace offers a highly flexible approach, medical wellness expertise is at the heart of the experience. Rigorous diagnostic tests use biomarkers to personalise 1 to 7-day programmes, combined with cutting-edge treatments, Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Chenot Diet® plan. Complimentary access to a fully equipped gym, sauna, steam room, hammam, relaxation room and a choice between a beautiful indoor pool and 5 outdoor pools surrounding a private beach. Daily yoga classes are also provided.
